One of the best take-home action points from the Young Leadership Conference in Boston was the need for us to increase our Jewish literacy. We heard speakers from volunteer organizations and global companies quote Torah and use the Tanakh for guidance in our modern day lives. This Sunday,  we here in Jacksonville have the opportunity to open up our minds in a fun and engaging way through A Community Day of Learning @ Family University. With great speakers and courses ranging from global Jewry to cooking and photography, the chance to raise our level of Jewish education is right there in front of us. We need to take advantage of this and as fellow leaders in this community, I expect to see you there because whether you are single or married, young or old, you will learn something interesting about our people.
