For more than 80 years, the Jewish Federation & Foundation of Northeast Florida has raised funds and allocated them to service providers that help those in need, serving Jews and non-Jews alike by providing critical human services to thousands of recipients each year.

The funds raised are used to provide critical support to agencies and programs here in Jacksonville, in Israel and throughout the world.

These funds support our local synagogues- (Etz Chaim Synagogue, the Jacksonville Jewish Center, Congregation Ahavath Chesed-The Temple, Beth El-The Beaches Synagogue, and Sons of Israel), agencies (Jewish Family & Community Services, Jewish Community Alliance, River Garden Senior Services) and schools (The Martin J. Gottlieb Day School, Torah Academy, and Torah Academy High) as well as many overseas initiatives.

Donations gathered on Super Sunday and throughout the year provide critical funding to help the community and to ensure a Jewish future

How much of a difference can you make in a single day? That depends on the day. On Sunday, February 23 you can make a difference that lasts far longer than 24 hours and extends far beyond the confines of Jacksonville. That’s because February 23 is SUPER SUNDAY LIVE, and on this day your gift supports The Jewish Federation of Jacksonville’s annual campaign, which provides essential funding for everything from school inclusion programs to overseas aid.

Hardworking volunteers are critical to the success of this fundraiser, they will ensure that we make contact with as many supporters as possible on this important day. The day will be filled with excitement. There will be chances to win prizes through a raffle, community service credit will be given to teens (age 13-18), and snacks will be served.
